BROWNIE ICE CREAM

Ingredients for the ice cream:
1) 2 cans of evaporated milk (800 grams in total)
2) 1 can of sweetened milk (300 grams)
3) 1 package of Morfat Choco (250 grams)
4) 1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
5) 1 shot of liqueur of your choice
Ingredients for the brownie:
1) 60 grams of butter
2) 125 grams of couverture
3) 2 eggs
4) 150 grams of brown sugar
5) 40 grams of powdered sugar
6) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
7) 130 grams of all-purpose flour, sifted
8) 1 full teaspoon of baking powder
9) ¼ teaspoon salt
10) 80 grams of couverture cut into thick pieces
Method:
We make the brownie from the day before:
In a bain-marie, put the butter with the 125 grams of couverture and melt them, stirring them constantly. Remove the bain-marie from the heat and leave the bowl with the chocolate aside for about 10 minutes so that its temperature drops a little.
Then pour the eggs together with the vanilla and mix with the wire with strong movements. Add the brown sugar and baking powder and mix again. Finally, add the flour, baking powder and salt and mix until a thick chocolate mixture is obtained. Add the couverture pieces and mix for the last time.
Line a 25X25 cm baking tray with parchment paper and pour in the chocolate mixture, spreading it with a spatula.
Bake the brownie in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for exactly 20 minutes. Once we take it out it will still be very wet inside.
Let it cool completely and then put it as it is with its tray in the fridge for the whole night.
We make the ice cream:
The next day, put the contents of the two cans of vaporizer into the mixer bowl and place it in the freezer for exactly 2 hours! After two hours, we will see that the milk has formed crystals on the surface. Place the bucket in the mixer and beat the milk for 4-5 minutes at the highest speed with the "wire" tool. We will see that the milk will foam and triple in volume.
Stop the beating and add the sugar and Morphat Choco and the drink. We beat again at high speed for a few minutes until we see that the mixture is homogeneous and fluffy.
Cut the brownie into very small cubes and add it to the ice cream mixture. At the same time, add the walnuts. Mix this time with a spatula and pour the mixture into a large ice cream container that closes with a lid. Place it in the freezer overnight and it's ready to enjoy.
