Ingredients
FOR THE BASE:
250 gr. digestive type cookies
150 gr. melted cow butter
FOR THE CREAM:
1 Morfat Creamy or Ermol Creamy (250gr.)
1 tbsp. powdered sugar
400 gr. cream cheese
2 full tablespoons milk candy or caramelized sweetened condensed milk
FOR THE DECORATION:
Cut twix chocolates
Milk caramel or caramelized sweetened condensed milk
Implementation
Crush the cookies and mix them with the butter and place the mixture in a form with a hoop about 20cm in diameter. Squeeze the mixture evenly and put it in the fridge until the cream is ready. Beat Morfat Creamy or Ermol Creamy for 5’ in the mixer, add the sugar and cream cheese and continue beating until the ingredients are homogenous. Add the caramel and beat until a velvety cream is formed. Lay it on top of the base and place it in the fridge again for at least 1 hour. Then remove the hoop from the mold and decorate with the chopped chocolates and caramel that you have slightly warmed to make it more fluid. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
