Chocolate trunk with 3 ingredients

🔪2 boxes of Morfat Choco
🔪400-450g Biscuits petit beurre type
🔪400 g sweetened milk

1. Pour Morfat Choco into a bowl after placing it in the fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour and beat with a mixer for 5 minutes.
2. Add the sweetened milk and continue beating with the mixer for another 2 minutes.
3. Keep 1/4 of the mixture in a cornet with an 8mm toothed tip to decorate the dessert on top.
4. Break the biscuits into the mixture and mix very well with a mortar and pestle.
5. In a 25x11 cm form, place a film and add the mixture.
6. Spread it by pressing it lightly and cover it with a film on top.
7. Put the dessert in the fridge together with the cornet for 4-5 hours until it hardens.
8. Unmould the dessert on a base and decorate the whole body with the cornet.
9. Optionally rub couverture flakes.
