Matcha Pannacotta

Ingredients for 4 servings (glasses)
2 packages of Morfat Creamy or Ermol Creamy(500gr)
1 cup milk 2 teaspoons matcha powder
2 teaspoons gelatin powder
1/2 cup sugar

Dissolve the gelatin in half the amount of milk, stir until dissolved. In a saucepan over low heat, add two cans Morfat Creamy or Ermol Creamy, sugar, remaining milk and matcha powder and mix well with egg yolk until the matcha dissolves well. Add the milk / gelatin mixture and mix well. Before the mixture starts to boil, remove from the heat and divide into 4 glasses. We can decorate the glasses with whole fresh strawberries and fresh mint leaves.We could also decorate with any preserved sweet. It fits very well! Leave in the fridge covered to cool and tighten overnight.
