Crispy stuffed rolls Cannoli with strawberry-chocolate flavor

Ingredients

1 Morfat Creamy 250gr

2 tbsp sugar

100gr strawberry jelly powder

70ml hot water

1 puff pastry sheet

1 egg yolk + 1 tbsp milk

Melted chocolate, walnuts or pistachios

Instructions

Mix the jelly powder with hot water and let it cool. Cut the puff pastry into strips, wrap around cannoli molds, brush with yolk and bake at 180 C for 30′. Whip the cream with sugar and add the strawberry jelly. Fill the cannoli with the cream, dip in chocolate and sprinkle with nuts. Freeze for 2′ and enjoy!
